GENERAL INFORMATION:
Minimum opening order is $250.00 when paying by credit card or pre-paying with a company check. Minimum opening order is $300 when paying C.O.D. There is no minimum on reorders.

FORMS OF PAYMENT/TERMS:
*We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, C.O.D. or pre-payments only.
Please note the C.O.D. fee is $8.00. A $25.00 fee will be charged for all bounced checks or denied credit card charges.

ORDERS:
*All merchandise is made to order.
*Special orders may neither be cancelled nor returned for credit. All special orders must be received in writing. Special orders include unusual stones, different metals from our production medium and design changes. Special orders are accepted as time and skill permits. We require one-third to one-half deposit before work is begun. A model-making fee may also apply.
*All backorders will be shipped without prior notice unless otherwise requested.
*Orders/backorders will not be shipped until all past due invoices are paid.
*All order cancellations must be received in writing by fax or e-mail.

RETURN POLICY:
*No returns will be accepted without authorization.
*Returns will be accepted for in-house credit or replacement only.
*Special orders returns will not be accepted.
*Merchandise received damaged or defective must be returned to us within 5 days of receipt for replacement or full credit only. The invoice number and reason(s) for return must accompany all merchandise returned. *Absolutely no returns accepted after 5 days (from the date the package is received)
*Merchandise returned for reasons other than manufacturer’s defect or error will be accepted for partial credit only. Credit amount will be determined by metal content and condition of piece.
*Discontinued merchandise will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
*One-of-A-Kind items can only be returned with prior consent and only in extreme circumstances. A restocking fee will always apply.
*In-House credit memos can be used towards future orders.
*All of our items can be returned for repair, free of labor charge, at any time.
